Who builds this, and why.

LaborAtlas is a public research instrument projecting how American labor supply and demand evolve through 2034 under different combinations of AI deployment, immigration, and wage adjustment. It is built on rigorous, peer-reviewed methods and on data drawn from federal sources.

A collaboration between the Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs and the Population Studies and Training Center. Watson contributes interdisciplinary scholarship on global challenges in economics, political science, and public policy; the Population Studies Center contributes expertise in demographic analysis, population dynamics, labor markets, and social inequality.

Institute 2100

Institute 2100

A research organization addressing critical global challenges through policy development. Founded in 2022, Institute 2100 focuses on migration, regional peace and prosperity, food security, and technological innovation, with particular emphasis on the Western Hemisphere.
